A Karat is the legally recognized amount of gold as a percentage of the total weight (i.e. 24 Karat is 100 percent gold). 14 Karat gold is 14 parts gold and 10 parts alloy, making it 58 percent gold. Merchandise can be returned after obtaining a return authorization number within 30 days of invoice date. Item must be returned in the original packaging including the gift box and bag. To expedite a prompt refund, please have your package insured by the United States Postal Service or UPS Ground. If you choose to return your order by insured mail, request a confirmation of delivery number. By choosing either of these methods, you can track your return every step of the way. For multiple item orders, we will ship all availalbe items and any backorder items are usually in stock within 2 weeks. Are the products pictured actual size? Items are not photographed actual size. We have reduced or enlarged the item to show different design details of each item. Additionally, items that are photographed actual size will look different due to computer monitors varied sizes. Please review the length, width and weight specifications given to get an accurate proportional size of the item. How long will it take to package and ship my order? All orders will be packaged and ready to be shipped within 3 business days. All orders are shipped United States Postal Service-Priority Mail which takes approximately 4 to 6 days to be received. Please review item description carefully. Are all earrings for pierced ears? Not all earrings are made for pierced ears. We do carry non-pierced earrings. This style is more limited in our inventory, due to the fact that they are limited in the industry.
