At YourPerfectGifts.com your satisfaction is our goal. All returns must be made
within 30 days. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can issue a return
authorization number and give the appropriate credit. Returns will not be accepted without
a return authorization. Credit will be issued upon receipt and examination of items. We
also require returning items by a method that can be tracked (like UPS), in the event
they lose the package, or otherwise damage it, a claim can be made by you against
the carrier.
