Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales
tax for items shipped to New York and New Jersey.
Shipping and Handling Charges
After your items have been packaged,
your package will be shipped. We use United States Postal Service Priority
Mail. We can ship FedEx Express upon request. All shipping methods will
have delivery tracking to ensure their safe delivery to your shipping
address. International orders will be shipped via USPS Global Priority.
We currently ship to the United
States and Canada. For shipments outside of this area, please contact
us at customer.service@yourperfectgifts.com.

Saturday Express delivery will
only be available through USPS.
Do not accept or sign for a damaged package. If a package is rejected, you must contact

Service immediately toll free at 1-888-999-6061. Upon recieving returned damaged package, we will send you a replacement item or credit.
Order Fulfillment
Most orders will be filled and
shipped within 3 business days.
We mostly sell items that we
have in inventory. Therefore, backorders will be rare. You will be notified
if an item is on backorder and the approximate delivery date. You may
choose to cancel your order or keep it on backorder. The item will be
shipped by the backorder date or sooner.
You will receive an e-mail notification
the day your order has been shipped with the tracking number. You can
use this number to track your order on USPS.com.
All orders will be shipped signature
required.
Packages will only be shipped
to street addresses. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes or similar addresses.
We make every attempt to process
your order as soon as it is received. Orders received after 11 am EST
may be processed the following business day.
